At Gerard Search, our mission is to connect our diverse network of candidates with the best career opportunities and find our clients top talent at the right time. We believe in fostering a diverse community of talent by considering both traditional nonprofit skills and transferable skills, locally and internationally. We challenge exclusionary position requirements, such as strict education criteria, local market experience, inflexible work formats, and requirements like having a driver’s license. We encourage our clients to embrace the unique contributions individuals bring in terms of education, culture, ethnicity, race, gender identity, age, language, religion, disability, and sexual orientation.

Gerard Search is a recruitment firm specializing in connecting nonprofit organizations with qualified candidates already eligible to work in Canada. Our role is to identify and present suitable candidates for positions as retained by our clients, who are the organizations engaging our services. At no point do we charge fees to candidates for recruitment services.
As part of the recruitment process, Gerard Search identifies and presents candidates who apply to specific positions. Employers independently conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and assume all responsibilities related to employment. For example, if you were selected for a role, it was based on the employer's decision following their independent evaluation of all candidates.
