Role of Gerard Search
Candidates are introduced to client organizations for consideration and potential employment, with all employment relationships formed directly between the candidate and the hiring organization.
Gerard Search acts solely as a recruitment partner. We are not an employer and do not enter into employment relationships with candidates we introduce.
All hiring decisions, employment contracts, compensation, and onboarding responsibilities remain solely with the client organization.
Employment and Compliance Responsibilities
Client organizations are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable employment standards, labour laws, and immigration requirements. This includes verifying work authorization and managing any sponsorship obligations where applicable. Gerard Search does not provide legal, immigration, or work permit services and does not assume responsibility for employment-related compliance obligations of client organizations.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we work diligently to identify and introduce qualified candidates, Gerard Search does not guarantee candidate performance, retention, or any specific organizational outcomes following hire. All recruitment decisions are made at the discretion of the client organization.
